Layla and Carmen

This is Layla, my daughter. One of the things she likes to do most is dig her daddy's beer bottles out of the recycle bin. She will be one year old tomorrow, so I thought I would share this picture to celebrate.

Budwieser Select, and Grainbelt. What a better way to celebrate, two fisted! (Just to clarify, there is no alcohol in these bottles, they are rinsed and waiting for recycling day.)

This is Carmen, my latest bear. Carmen is crocheted with 100% baby alpaca thread. She is super soft. Carmen's dress covers an area of about 4 inches square. She is 2 1/4 inches high when sitting. Carmen, when lying flat measures 3 inches long, 2 inches wide, and 1 inch high. She is full of character. Carmen is listed on etsy, awaiting a new home.
